  • Will you be closed for the holidays?

    We provide collection services Monday through Friday year-round, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. All other holidays do not affect regularly scheduled services.

  • What time should I put out my trash?

    All trash and recycled materials must be out by 6:00 am to avoid being missed by our collection crews.

  • Are there any restrictions as to what I can put in my 95-gallon cart?

    No batteries, hazardous materials, oils, or tires are accepted. Avoid putting dirt, sand, rock, or other heavy materials that may exceed the weight capacity of the cart. Please refer to our Policies for other limitations and restrictions.

  • What are my options for payment on my account?

    You can now pay online at https://tiger-portal.navusoft.net/. It is quick, easy, and secure. You will need your account number and the primary phone number on your account.


    Your bill can be automatically withdrawn with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. To obtain an authorization form, please call our office or print one from our website at Credit Card Authorization Form.


    You can pay by phone. Make a one-time payment over the phone with Visa or MasterCard by calling our Customer Service Department. 


    Mail in your check or money order. Please include your account number when mailing your checks or money orders.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Upon return of all Tiger carts, we will provide a refund by check or credit card for any unused full months of service. We do not refund partial months of service.

  • Can I use a residential garbage container that belonged to my previous service provider?

    If you have a cart with a competitor's logo on it, our drivers and helpers will not service it. It is the customer's responsibility to return the cart to the proper owner if they want it back. Please refer to our Policies for other limitations and restrictions.

  • Can I use my own personal trash can?

    Most residents find that one (1) 95-gallon Tiger provided cart will meet their individual and family's needs. If this is insufficient to your needs, we offer additional Tiger carts and a-la-carte bulk pick-up services. Please contact us for additional information. 

  • Can Tiger Sanitation send me SMS/text messages?

    By providing my phone number to “Tiger Sanitation”, I agree and acknowledge that “Tiger Sanitation” may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary, and you will be able to Opt-out by replying “STOP”. For more information on how your data will be handled, please see our PRIVACY POLICY below.


    Privacy Policy:

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
